Our chefs cook your meals fresh each week using whole ingredients.
Meals are packed in an insulated box with ice packs designed to keep food cold for 48+ hours in transit.
We ship via expedited carriers to minimize time in transit. Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days.
Refrigerate on arrival. Heat in 2–3 minutes. No prep, no mess.
Packaging
Every order ships in a heavy-duty insulated liner with food-safe ice packs. Our packaging is designed to maintain safe food temperatures throughout transit — even in warmer climates.
All containers are microwave-safe and clearly labeled with the meal name, ingredients, allergens, and nutritional info.
Delivery Timing
Orders placed by Wednesday typically ship the same week and arrive before the weekend. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday ship at the start of the following week.
