The Meals

What's included in each meal?

Each meal comes fully prepared — just heat and eat. Meals are portioned for one serving and include all components (protein, sides, sauces).

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

Meals ship refrigerated with ice packs and insulated packaging. They arrive fresh and should be refrigerated upon delivery. Meals stay good in the fridge for 5–7 days, or can be frozen for up to 30 days.

How do I heat my meals?

Microwave: 2–3 minutes, covered. Oven: 350°F for 10–15 minutes. Remove the lid or transfer to an oven-safe dish before heating. Do not heat in sealed containers.

Are the macros accurate?

Yes. Calorie, protein, carb, and fat values are displayed on every product page and on our collection pages so you can plan your week without opening each item. Values are calculated from ingredients used in each recipe.

Do you offer allergen information?

Yes. Each product page lists the primary allergens (dairy, gluten, shellfish, nuts, pork, etc.) present in that meal. We produce meals in a kitchen that handles common allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

How often does the menu change?

Our menu rotates weekly. New meals go live every Sunday and are available for delivery or shipping that week.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We are USDA-certified for interstate food shipment and ship to all 50 U.S. states.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 1–3 days via expedited shipping. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order. You can order as few or as many meals as you'd like. We recommend ordering at least 5–7 meals to maximize value on shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged or warm?

We stand behind every order. If your meals arrive in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in production. Contact us as soon as possible at support@eat-well.us.

Meal Plans

What's a meal plan?

Meal plans are curated bundles — 10, 14, or more meals — at a discounted per-meal rate compared to ordering à la carte. Great for customers who want a full week of meals ready to go.

Can I choose my meals in a plan?

Yes. After placing your meal plan order, we'll reach out to confirm your meal selections from that week's menu.
